Full-time defined as 3+ days or 20+ hours per week.
For days with no school (Tier 1 & 2) pay the daily extra fee OR upgrade to the "Non-School Week" rate.
Payment is always due pre-care, by the Friday before the week of service.

Payment

Payments are due the Friday before the week of care. If not paid before, there will be no care on Monday. There is a $10/day late fee if not paid by 6pm Friday, before the week of care. We accept DHS (ERDC), cash, check and FB Pay. We also accept credit card payments using Procare. Please note that parents are responsible for the transaction fee (usually around $3-8), however I'm told that there is no fee if you use your bank information on the Procare app.
